Come to the 3rd FRANCIS MARION SYMPOSIUM March 11 and
12, for a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in Revolutionary
War History. Let the American Revolution come alive and be real for you as it
approached its crescendo in South Carolina in 1780. Ride
where Marion and Sumter rode on the
Kings Highway. See the battle sites. Tthe archaeological expert will talk & display
the newest 2004 discoveries. Get inside the brilliant mind of SC Governor John
Rutledge as he coordinated partisan bands and bonded with General Nathaniel Green. |

Bluegrass Music Festival - Two-day bluegrass music
festival honoring the life and music of the late Don
Reno, a native South Carolinian
and one of the first five inductees into the International
Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame. The festival features a
free bluegrass block party, BBQ, workshops, guitar and
banjo competitions, an open mike stage plus performances
