South Carolina Tuition Prepayment Program was created
in 1997 to allow families the option of paying in advance
for the tuition expenses portion of a child's education.
SCTPP locks in today's tuition rates and guarantees payment
of tuition and mandatory fees to attend any of South Carolina's
public colleges and universities thereby providing potentially
significant savings over the actual tuition costs at the
time of enrollment. |
